The organization has established an agreement an hotel in the city  offering special rates for attendees that will only be applicable by making a reservation through AFID Congresos (info@videoeeg.es).

*Room rates are per room per night with buffet breakfast included. It includes 10% VAT.

CANCELATION POLICY 

All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@videoeeg.es. Cancellations made before October 1, 2026 will be fully refunded minus €50 management fees. After this date, there will be no right to any refund.

PAYMENT POLICY

The payment of the hotel will be made when leaving it. However, a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation at no cost. For group reservations, please contact the Technical Secretariat
