In order to register for the conference, you have to log-in to the system with a login name and password that you should save and remember, as that password will enable you to edit your registration and make all the necessary changes you wish to until 15 October 2026. After that date, all changes and new registrations must be emailed to the Conference Technical Secretariat info@videoeeg.es. Should you forget your password, please enter your email address and the system will send you a new one. Should you need help on how to use the registration and hotel reservation system, please send a message to info@videoeeg.es.

Registration fee includes: scientific sessions, documentation, certificate of attendance, coffees and lunches.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations should be made in writing to info@videoeeg.es. Cancellations received before 01 October 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of 50€ as management expenses. After that date, the delegate fee will be non- refundable.

• By credit card (online). Payments made by credit card system will incur an additional fee of 2% of the total amount.
